The property still needs one or more items to bring it to a Gold rating.  The furnishings meet the minimum requirements, are in good condition/repair, however, the overall style reflects age.  There may be a mixture of older and newer pieces.

Carpet is in good condition/repair and is a type and quality suitable for a rental property.

Wall coverings and window treatments are of design and color to coordinate with the rest of the furnishings and are suitable for a rental property.  The wall paint and woodwork varnishing are in good condition.

Items such as drapes, sofas, chairs, bedspreads, etc. are in good condition.  Television set(s) conform to furnishing standards; color and picture are of good quality.

Lamps, art and any accessories are in good condition and coordinate with other furnishings.
