The property is in serviceable condition, but currently undergoing upgrading. A Bronze rated property may only participate on Manager's rental program with specific Manager approval. If approval is granted, the property may not remain Bronze for more than three (3) months.
The carpet shows wear, matting, or obvious traffic patterns.
Lamps do not coordinate, but may be in working condition.
Furnishings are faded, stained or torn and worn.
Mattress, boxspring, and frame are worn or older than seven (7) years.
Window treatments are dated or damaged. Unit paint has marks and discoloration. Wood varnish shows signs of dryness, peeling or staining.
Accessories are minimal and/or dated.
Note: The property as a whole may have a "pieced-together" feel. The property may appear to be a mixture of older and newer pieces It does not possess a crisp and up-to-date feeling.
The property does not have a coordinated, flowing feel to it. Possibly, there is no common theme or color scheme throughout. The overall interior may appear dated, unaccessorized, and shows signs of wear.
Because a Bronze rating denotes the units most in need of repair and refreshment, once a unit is rated Bronze, plans for upgrade must be conveyed to the Property Management department within 60 days. You may use the online Update Form to notify both Property Management and the Keystone Design Team. Upgrade plans must be executed within another 90 days in order to remain on the rental program. |
